Tavoitteet

• osaat toimia moniammatillisissa tiimeissä, työyhteisöissä ja toimintaympäristöissä
• saat valmiuksia toimia lähijohtajana
• tunnet johtamista tukevaa työlainsäädäntöä
• osaat arvioida omaa johtamisosaamistasi asiakkuuksien ja työhyvinvoinnin näkökulmasta
• ymmärrät työyhteisöviestinnän kokonaisuuden osana lähijohtamista ja osaat suunnitella viestintää strategisesti

• nykyajan johtamis- ja organisaatioteorioita
• hyvinvointipalvelujen lähijohtaminen ja sen tunnuspiirteitä
• lähijohtamista ohjaava lainsäädäntö
• työyhteisön johtaminen käytännössä
• työyhteisötaidot hyvinvoivassa työyhteisössä
• työyhteisöviestinnän kokonaisuus ja osa-alueet, viestintäkulttuuri; johtamisviestintä ja viestintästrategiat

Attendance is mandatory at the start of the study course and during the assignment breakdown classes.

Assignments (3 ects)
1) Work community skills assignment (individual assignment), assessment: accepted / fail
2) Labor legislation assignment (pair assignment), assessment: accepted / fail
3) Work community report (group assignment 2 credits), assessment: 0 - 5

- is not familiar with the labor legislation governing first-line management
- has not worked actively as a member of a small group

- some task or tasks are incomplete

- knows well the basics of first-line management and the work community
- understands well the importance of work community skills
- knows well the labor legislation governing first-line management and understands how it is applied
- has acted actively and responsibly for small group work
- has actively participated in the task breakdown classes
- all tasks have been done well, following the criteria and showing a good understanding of the contents of the course
