Objective

1. The student understands the principles of resource efficiency and waste hierarchy.
2. The student understands the principles of waste legislation in EU.
3. The student understands the social and environmental impacts of waste management globally.
4. The student practices acting independently using external networks and resources to manage a work successfully.
In this course you will learn about waste management from a global perspective. The main goal is to understand the social and environmental impacts on waste management globally. You will also get information about the waste legislation in the EU and an understanding of waste management in the developing countries.?
