Content scheduling

After completing the course, the student is able to

- explain the factors that make up well-being at work
- combines the significance of one's own actions for well-being at work
- define the different dimensions of self-leadership and are able to examine them from the perspective of their own life
- name methods to manage stress
- develop their own time management

Content:
Well-being at work and a safe work community, self-management. The students learn to reflect on the significance of their own actions for well-being at work and to identify time and stress management methods.

Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to

Content

Well-being at work and a safe work community, self-management. The students learn to reflect on the significance of their own actions for well-being at work and to identify time and stress management methods.

Teaching methods

The course is conducted in a blended learning format with in-person teaching.

International connections

The course is conducted through in-person teaching using diverse methods. Students are required to attend all scheduled classes. Any absences must be compensated with an assigned substitute task, provided after each missed session. The course cannot be completed solely through substitute tasks.

Completion alternatives

The course can be accredited based on an equivalent completion or through a competency demonstration. The competency demonstration must be agreed upon with the responsible teachers before the course begins.

Student workload

To complete the course (1 credit), students must complete one small group assignment and attend all teaching sessions. The course is graded on a pass/fail scale, with the assessment based on the assignment and attendance.

In-person teaching: 5 hours
Discussion task: 4 hours
Small group work: 18 hours
