After completing the study unit, the students will be able to:
• understand the basic concepts of Complex Adaptive Systems and Cynefin Framework
• analyze and apply sense-making methods and tools
• understand and use Esturine Mapping
• visualize the Affordance Landscape of organization
• analyze the effects of increased volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) on organizations
• analyze how the tools and methods of the Cynefin framework can help organizations respond to the VUCA challenges
• develop and provide solutions for complex problems
