Meeting deadlines is essential, as assignments and presentations are directly tied to the course schedule and learning activities. Therefore, late submissions are accepted only in exceptional cases, and the maximum grade awarded is 50% of the full score.
Active participation is expected throughout the course.

Peer assessment is used throughout the course to support feedback and reflection. While peer assessment itself does not directly affect the final grade, the ability to utilize peer feedback constructively and to provide thoughtful feedback to others is considered in the overall evaluation.

The use of AI tools is allowed and encouraged, provided that all usage is reported in accordance with Arene’s AI traffic light model (Yellow light): AI can be used, but it must be reported.

For certain assignments, more specific instructions regarding AI use will be provided. If no other guidance is given, the Yellow light model applies by default.
