weeks 5 and 6 Learning Cafe:3x2h (1. Current models of the leadership in nursing, 2. Good nursing leader-the modern skills of the employee, 3. Teamwork in nursing)
7.2 Conflict resolution seminar 3h
27.2 Exam: 2h . Group exam (3-4 students), the group is randomly selected, questions in English, answers in Finnish / English, peer assessment included
B. Quality assurance (1cr.)
2 contact hours: Introduction lecture & grouptasks of QualityAssurance in health care 17.1
Monday 11.2 QA Seminar 3h
C. Entrepreneurship (1cr.)
2 h: Introductionlecture and tasks of Entrepreneurship 17.1.
Wednesday 13.2 Seminar: Entrepreneurship visits: 3h

Tavoitteet

The student- knows the methods of development, leadership and management in health care and nursing.- is able to co-operate in different work settings and projects simultaneously understanding the importance of successful and effective service production.- is able to describe the special features of entrepreneurship in social and health care- is able to perceive social and health services from different points of view (service producer and the client)- can apply internal entrepreneurship in the person’s own activities
