Toteutetaan Opetuksen palvelutoiminnassa/Työttömien terveystarkastuksissa ja Marjat - Maahanmuuttajien kotoutumisen edistäminen terveyden ja hyvinvoinnin keinoin -hankkeessa.
Työttömien terveystarkastushankkeessa:
-opiskelija suunnittelee ja toteuttaa terveysneuvontaa ja terveystarkastuksia opettajan ohjaamana
-opiskelija kehittää terveyskasvatusmateriaalia Työttömien terveyspalveluhankkeen käyttöön
Marjat -hankeessa:
- opiskelija suunnittelee ja toteuttaa Pop Up - terveysneuvontaa ja palveluohjausta sekä tietoiskuja
- opiskelija kehittää terveyden edistämisen materiaalia Marjat-hankkeen käyttöön.
Opiskelija pitää oppimispäiväkirjaa ja laatii työskentelystään raportin

Objective

COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE WORK 5 cr YHTEObjectives: The student shall be able to- assess the current health challenges and problems in different communities and act towards solving them- produce a community diagnosis on the basis of a community analysis, considering different cultural environments, lifestyles and resources- work in a changing society and in different cultural environments and use regional and population-based ways of working- apply community, resource and health-based ways of working to promote the health of families and communities- work in accordance with a searching and network-based operating model, observing the need of the individual, family and community- work in a multiprofessional team and plan, implement, document and evaluate health promotion programmes by using health technology
