Student know human immunosystem function and it factors, immuno dysfunction. Student can do clinical laboratory based biochemical reaction.
Objective
Students are familiar with the human genome structure and the way it is organised in cells, and the laws of transfer of genetic information. Students have basic knowledge of methods in molecular biology and the area of their application, and are familiar with the significance of the applications in health promotion and finding out the cause of diseases.Students are familiar with the function of the human immunological system and its sub factors, and the most common deficiencies and disturbances in the immunological system.Students master the biochemical reactions of the body which are the basis of clinical laboratory examinations.
Content
Opiskelija tuntee elimistön immuunijärjestelmän toiminnan ja sen osatekijät sekä immuunijärjestelmän tavallisimmat puutos- ja häiriötilat. Opiskelija osaa kliinisten laboratoriotutkimusten perustana olevat elimistön biokemialliset reaktiot.
