Tavoitteet

NURSING IN THE PRIMARY HEALTH CARE 5 credits PHCSfor Chinese nurses covered by the previous Nursing Decrees 3 credits, to be implemented 5 creditsStudent-will learn patient-centered care and guidance on the planning, implementation and evaluation of primary health care, the third sector and the care of the mentally disabled.-know how to help and support the different types of people in acute and long-term health changes and is aware of his/her own resources and the limit of his/her skills-is able to plan and implement health promotion counseling-is capable of good management of the relationship in various nursing environment-is able to work in multidisciplinary teams as a team member-applies nursing science and other information about the related fields of science and use it for nursing care and the development of nursing-deepens the medication expertise in different areas of nursing (medication passport)-masters the primary health care nursing of special areas and the related registering.
