The work today is project based.After completing the course the studentknows frameworks andstandardized processes for project management in international contextis able to indentify and cope with the challenges of managing demanding and wide projects, also in international environmentsis able to act in the roles of project sponsor and steering group memberis able tocommunicate effectively about project developments and issues to all the relevant stakeholdersis able to lead a multicultural project team
