Opintojakson suorittamiseen vaaditaan tentin läpäisemistä ja tehtävien tekemisestä hyväksytysti ja webinaarien kuuntelemista ja kuittaamista. Opiskelija voi tehdä kurssin oman aikataulunsa puitteissa. Lopputentti ja kaikki tehtävät pitää olla tehtynä kuitenkin viimeistään 2 viikkoa ennen kurssin sulkeutumista.

The general doctrine of criminal law, the concepts of criminal law, the features of crime, preliminary investigation, coercive means in criminal cases, criminal sanctions

Teaching methods

The course is completed as an independent study by completing the online lectures (recorded webinars) and passing the course assignments and the final exam. Assignments have a pass/fail evaluation and a numerical evaluation in the final exam. All assignments and the exam must be passed. Teaching takes place on the online platform Moodle.

Exam schedules

You can complete the course within your own schedule. The course includes a final exam, which the student completes independently in Moodle. The final exam has a numerical assessment. Passing the course requires, in addition to the assignments and lectures, the completion of the final exam.

Completion alternatives

The implementation of an optional method of execution in a way that entitles you to a grade requires a special reason, which is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
