Objective
This course deals with the analysis of everyday activities, which is a basic skill for the clinical reasoning of an occupational therapist. The occupational therapist understands occupation by analysing what everyday activities require from the individual and the environment. Occupation can also be viewed from many different levels. Activity analysis is an important tool in occupational therapy, both for assessing functional capacity and for implementing interventions. After completing this course, you will understand the basics of activity analysis. In this course, the analysis of action is based on the Aota Framework 2020 and the textbook by Curt, Ega and Adams 2017 (see the course materials for more details).

Location and time
The course can be completed between 24.8.-19.12.25. During the semester, the teacher will check the course on Fridays. The mark of completion will be available to the student within a week or so.
