Sisällön jaksotus
The course consists of five substantive modules: Module 1 What is human trafficking, Module 2 Types of human trafficking, Module 3 Identifying victims of human trafficking, Module 4 Assistance to victims and anti-trafficking action in Finland, Module 5 Finland fights human trafficking. After the course, the student is able to: -understand human trafficking as a phenomenon, including its different types -identify the characteristics of alleged victims of trafficking -spot victims of human trafficking -assist victims by using the service system

Opetusmenetelmät
Self-paced online course. The course is completed entirely independently by the end of the course deadline. You will study the material in an online learning environment, which includes study materials and assignments/tests. No personal feedback will be provided on the assignments. The course consists of five substantive modules: Module 1 What is human trafficking, Module 2 Types of human trafficking, Module 3 Identifying victims of human trafficking, Module 4 Assistance to victims and anti-trafficking action in Finland, Module 5 Finland fights human trafficking All these topics are explored by using presentations, video lessons and knowledge tests.

Opiskelijan ajankäyttö ja kuormitus
Workload of the study is measured in a way that to acquire the goal competence of the study, one credit corresponds to an average of 26.7 hours of work done by the student. The actual time needed varies e.g. according to prior competence.
Arviointimenetelmät ja arvioinnin perusteet
Automatic assessment and automatically graded tests are used in the studies. Automatic assessment means that the student's credit score is automatically logged into the online learning environment. The course consists of five modules, which include video lectures and other material. Each module has a test and only opens once you have gone through the study materials. The test allows three attempts and you need to get 75% of the tests right in order for the next module to open
