Content scheduling
The course consists of four (4) sections, each of which has a subtitled video lecture of about 20 minutes. You can also find the slides of the video lecture as pdf files. You can test what you learned in the lecture in multiple-choice exam found in each section.
Objective
The purpose and goal of this course is to raise awareness about board work and lower the threshold for becoming familiar with it. After completing the course, the student - Understands why an organization has a board - Is familiar with the duties and responsibilities of the board - Recognizes the importance of strategy in the context of board work
