- Labour law, Employment Contracts Act, Co-operation Act, legislation and regulations related to the collective agreement system or to employment in general; applying these on a general level - The different phases of employment relationship and the regulation and agreement basis affecting these - Good cooperation and the related potential for the productivity and success of an enterprise, and the practices of the world of work

Evaluation methods and criteria

Opintojakso merkataan hyväksytyksi, mikäli opiskelija on tehnyt kaikki opintojakson tehtävät hyväksyttävällä tavalla. Hyväksytty tapa tarkoittaa, että opiskelija kirjoittaa asialliset, yleiskieliset ja tarvittaessa lähdeviittein perustellut vastaukset tehtäviin. Hyväksytty arvosana edellyttää ydinasioiden omaksumista (40 % opintojakson osaamistavoitteista). Opintojakso on hylätty, mikäli opintojakson kaikkia tehtäviä ei ole tehty.
