Objective

The course aims to provide students with the skills to develop diverse teams and communities in a fragmented, pluralistic and multicultural society. Students will learn how to leverage gamification and arts and culture approaches to build community and support inclusion. On successfully completing this course, students will: • Be able to apply a range of methods to strengthen diverse teams and communities. • Be aware of the considerations in developing different types teams • Recognise the potential of art and culture in building community and inclusion.

Location and time

Omatahtinen syyslukukauden 2025 aikana opiskeltavissa oleva opintojakso. Kaikki opintojakson tehtävät palautetaan Hoodlessa viimeistään joulukuussa 2025, jonka jälkeen kurssialusta sulkeutuu.

Teaching methods

Tiimien kehittämisen opintojakso (5 op) on omatahtisesti opiskeltava kokonaisuus, joka ei sisällä webinaareja. Tiimien kehittämistä tarkastellaan eri näkökulmista mm. kirjallisuuden, podcastien ja videoiden avulla. Vaikka samanaikaisia kohtaamisia webinaareissa ei ole, opiskelijat ja opettajat ovat vuorovaikutuksessa keskenään keskustelufoorumien ja kirjallisen palautteenannon välityksellä.
