Objective

After having completed this course or attained an equivalent competence level, the student is able to - manage in basic oral or written everyday situations/use the elementary structures of the language in basic and written everyday situations - recognize the basic cultural specificities of the German-speaking countries - recognize the cultural and language diversity and language - plan his/her future language studies.

Welcome to start learning the German language! You will learn to introduce yourself, to describe your studies, your work and your hobbies. You will get information about the country and its culture, for you to feel more comfortable when traveling, meeting German people, and going to a restaurant. Herzlich willkommen!

Pedagogic approaches and sustainable development

The studies emphasize the importance of confident and responsible language and communication skills in both domestic and international contexts, espacially when establishing international connections. In addition, students are encouraged to apply for exchange programs and to complete interships abroad.
