Objective

This course offers a first glance at the Next.js framework. Having prior experience with web development (including JavaScript, HTML and CSS) is recommended, as the exercises done in the course require prior knowledge of them. We'll begin by setting up our development environment and working through a few simple JavaScript and React exercises to build a foundation for learning Next.js. After that, we'll move on to the key concepts and core features of the framework. If the initial exercises feel like a challenge, we recommend reviewing the fundamentals of web development until you're comfortable with them before continuing with this course.
