Permantoakrobatia:
Siltakaato eteenpäin tasa- ja erijalkaan. Siltakaato takaperin tasa- ja erijalkaan. Puolivoltti eteen tasa- ja erijalkaan.
Banking:
Heitot 4 kädeltä, lentäjän piruetilla 180 astetta ja 360 astetta. Heitot kolmestaan ja ryhmässä. Heitot kahden heittäjän käsiltä, mitkä ovat omien reisien päällä, pienessä kyykyssä. Kaksi eri heittotempoa.
Ristiheitot ja ristiheitot lisäkädellä.
Banking pariakrossa:
Heitot heittäjän käsiltä, mitkä ovat omien reisien päällä, pienessä kyykyssä.
Heitot olkapäiltä, ja heitot pyramidissa.
Objective
Students are gaining professional skills and knowledge in floor, pair and group acrobatics, handstand and on trampoline. Students are able to use the vocabulary of acrobatics and can develop the acrobatics language and variations. Students can use the apparatus of acrobatics safety way and also take care of them. Students are able to apply acrobatics as a tool of Performing Arts.
Content
Studies are building physical knowledge and skill base of circus as performing art form together with other circus techniques. The goal is to develop student´s physical potential in different acrobatics. Studies are consisting floor-, pair- and group acrobatics, handstand and trampoline disciplines. Acrobatics technique classes with incoming year group students. Acrobatics classes are conducted by a technical teacher. Acrobatics classes are given each semester through I-IV academic year in group. Studies are consisting practical classes, practical works and demos.
