Students are able to

Content
Developing the indentity as an expert : development of the critical thinking and ethical reflection, reinforcement of reflective manner of working, importance of a clinical supervision.
Developing work and function: leading the change, evidence-based interventions (e.g. Safewards), quality, cost-effectiveness, chancing service system
Leading the development processes in a high quality and ethical manner
