After completing the course, the student is able to

• use and apply the characteristics of social media in business and various organizations
• identify the differences between campaigning and a continuous social media presence
• use social media analytics to support decision-making
• take into account the principles of sustainable development in their work
Content
The main content of the course is the use of social media as a strategic tool to support the business operations of a company/organization. The students form an understanding of social media from a professional perspective, choose ways to answer questions about social media content strategy, design a campaign proposal for social media and understand the essential aspects of extensive social media analytics.
