After completing the course, the student is able to
· identify ethical issues related to the client's illness and act professionally
· apply the method of shared decision-making and agree on care with the customer
· utilize the range of social- and health care services diversely
· utilize the opportunities offered by third-sector actors, organisations and communities in customer self-management support
· plan, implement and evaluate client initiative self-management guidance
· implement the best research evidence when agreeing on the care with client
· develop guidance / client education methods and materials to guide individuals and groups
· use resource-oriented and solution-oriented methods diversely in guidance
