Objectives
• Students will gain more in-depth expertise in the management of daily operations and tactical leadership and will understand the organization of emergency care services and the management relationships in major accidents and accidents with multiple patients
• Students will develop a more in-depth understanding of collaboration between authorities and will be able to engage in inter-authority communications in major accidents and accidents with multiple patients
• Students will know the most essential legislation concerning emergency care management and inter-authority collaboration
• Identify career possibilities after completing their degrees
• Understand how to become a good leader and the link between the theoretical framework behind it and management work in practice
• Learn about the rights and obligations of employees and employers
• Gain skills in how to manage occupational well-being and how to act in a work community in a constructive manner
• Understand the basic principles of expertise management and development of employee expertise
• Understand the importance of ethics as the basis of leadership
• Gain the ability to assess and develop the quality of nursing in all the phases of the care process and understand their professional responsibilities in quality assurance of care
