After completing this course student can

The course includes pre-course research tasks, online lectures and group discussions and group works, face2face workshops and online assignments.

The total workload for students is 135 hours, including 8 hours of lectures and practical exercises and 127 hours of independent work, both individually and in groups.

Content scheduling

The student understands the different certification systems related to sustainability (standards, ethical labels).
The student will be able to compare different certification schemes.
The student will be able to choose a certification scheme according to their approach to sustainability, taking into account business viability.
Understand how standards and ethical labels are monitored and what sanctions can be imposed for non-compliance.
Students can apply what they have learned in practice (written assignment).
