Diploma of Higher Education in the Real Estate Brokerage Industry.
The aim of the Diploma of Higher Education in the Real Estate Brokerage Industry is to improve the professional knowledge and skills of people working in real estate and to improve their career opportunities. The diploma programme does not prepare for the LKV (legalized real estate broker) examination. It widens the participants’ competence after (they have passed) the examination. However, it is possible to participate in the programme without any LKV examination.
The studies will be carried out as 10 study days at the TUAS Kupittaa campus, as online studies once a week and as independent study. It is possible to complete the studies alongside work and also further away than in the Turku region.
Objective
Students master the specific issues in a manner which makes them competent for work in different work tasks in their field, and gives them readiness to develop the professional practices in their field.
Development
The students learn to take responsibility for their studies and acquire new study skills. The studies include mostly independent studies of literature as well as assignments. Pedagogic solutions contribute to the students’ ability to work in changing conditions and their ability to adopt the concept of lifelong learning.
Further information
The evaluation will be based eg in assignments and/or exams. Evaluation will be explained at the beginning of each course. Grading 1 – 5.
