Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to:

• evaluate and develop themselves as a leader and expert
• apply various leadership approaches in managing and developing work communities in accordance with the principles of sustainable development
• anticipate, identify, and critically evaluate current themes in the development and management of the health and social care sector and incorporate them into practice
