Objective

Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
- identify current themes and development areas related to human resource management and work-life development
- assess and reflect on the relevance of these issues for their own field or work
- analyze and structure the selected topic using expert knowledge and research literature

Content

During the course you can choose to focus on either
a) human resource management,
b) workplace development, or
c) leadership development.
