A. The principles, terminology and process of service design - Material and tasks. 1 credit point
B. Service design methods. Data collection about customers’ needs and customer analysis in service design 1 credit point
C. A plan of implementing (developing) a service design process 1 credit point
D. Service design tasks and data visualization 2 credit points

Objective

• you understand the principles, terminology and process of service design
• you know how to use service design tools in different phases of the process
• you are able to design, develop and innovate services with the help of service design
• you know how to collect information about clients’ needs and analyse client insight in service design
• you understand the principles of user- and client-based development
• you know how to use visualisation in the service design process
