Leadership, Quality Assurance and Professional Co-Operation Skills of the Employee in Social and Health Services 3 ECTS JOSTE

Objectives
Students will
• Gain insight into self-management
• Learn about job opportunities in management and identify the possibilities for their careers after completing their degrees
• Understand the importance of ethics as the basis of leadership
• Understand how to become a good leader and the link between the theoretical framework behind it and management work in practice
• Gain skills in how to manage occupational well-being and how to act in a work community in a constructive manner
• Know how to act as a nursing representative in various working groups, networks and partnerships
• Learn about the requirements of management and gain skills required in personal management (teams, working groups) and the development of this management
• Learn the basic processes of management
• Understand the importance of effective and successful activities in service development
• and their professional responsibility in ensuring the quality of treatment
• Understand the importance of changes in the health care service system and know how to act in change situations in order to advance development
