International connections
Innovation pedagogy, according to which learning is based on experimentation, sharing knowledge and expertise, and combining different perspectives.
Social sustainability: Studies improve young people's and adults' working life-related skills as well as professional and technical competence. Indirectly, the course can promote the creation of decent jobs and entrepreneurship. In our studies, we do not differentiate people based on age, gender, background, etc., which promotes equality, justice and people's well-being in society.
Ecological sustainability: The sustainable use of the environment and resources must also be taken into account in all development and innovation work.
Completion alternatives
No.
Student workload
1 ects = 27 h work of student. 15 ects = 405 h work of student.

Practical implementation of the thesis work
The thesis can be done individually or in pairs. The thesis must be such that it can be demonstrated that one has mastered the key development, research or innovation methods of one's field. In the thesis, the development of one's own competence is also observed and evaluated.
The result of the thesis can be, for example, a new service, product, operating method, method or work practice. It can also be a compilation of previous works related to the topic.
The process and results of the thesis can be reported in different ways: a research or operational report, a learning diary or a portfolio. You can get support from the thesis supervisor in choosing the format and reporting method of the thesis.
