Objective

After completing the course, the student understands
- the importance and use of project activities in the construction industry and in working life
- the company's operational processes
- project types and forms and their advantages and weaknesses
- the importance of project organization, reporting, monitoring and guidance

- the basics of quality thinking and its importance in the company's operations
- the importance of construction quality monitoring in the formation of costs
- orientation as part of site quality management
- quality management practices at the site

Content

The importance and use of project activities in the construction industry and in working life. Project manual and the company's enterprise resource planning system. The company's operational processes. Project types and formats. Project organization, reporting, supervision and control. Ending the project.
Quality thinking, company quality functions, quality in construction and construction site quality assurance practices.
