Objective

• Knows the differences between business-to-business and consumer marketing legislation.
• Can identify marketing self-regulatory guidelines.
• Can search for relevant information on legislation, e.g. in Finlex.
• Is able to identify problems in marketing practices from marketing law point of view.
• Be familiar with the dispute resolution system of marketing law.
