Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to

- develop a production idea and draw up a project plan for it
- implement small-scale production while respecting well-being at work
- define their own productivity and producer qualities;
- define the different operating environments of the producer and compare production areas and production processes
- apply the producer's tools in practice and discuss their own project
- relate the available resources to the content of production
- show perseverance in the face of problems and adversity

Content

The producer's job description, production processes, idea development, project plan and resourcing, and production implementation.

The course can be implemented partly or fully as an assignment or in the RDI activities of Turku UAS.
