Opintojaksolla käsitellään teollisuusrobotiikkaa, robottien ohjelmointia ja robottisolujen suunnittelua.

Objective

After completing the course, the student is able to:
• Model the robot cell with the help of simulation program
• Apply safety standards and indentify the risks of a robotic system
• Program industrial robots: movements, variables and while loops, coordinates and parametric programs

• Independent simulation and programming exercises
• Final project of the course: simulation project
• Laboratory excersises

Teaching methods

Työskentely tehdään pääosin simulointiympäristössä ABB RobotStudio-ohjelmalla. Tarvitset simulointiohjelmiston käyttämistä varten Windows-tietokoneen, johon voit asentaa itse ohjelmia. Vaihtoehtoisesti voit tulla tekemään simulointiharjoitukset koulun tietokoneilla #Tehdas-ympäristöön, Lemminkäisenkatu 28.
