After completing the course, the student is able to:
• describe importance of quality within company operations
• discuss the basics of LEAN thinking
• apply the most important LEAN tools and methods
• describe how flow efficiency has a positive effect to company operations
• apply LEAN methods to transport and warehouse activities
• discuss the key concepts and frameworks of quality work
• describe the main quality standards and the principles of quality management
• identify how management systems are used to continuous improvement of operations
• describe the basic of quality management and the audit procedures.
