Objectives:
• Know how to assess the need for care and help customers to seek appropriate social and health services in different operational environments
• Learn to work in a customer-driven manner and support customers’ systematic self-care and commitment to care
• Know how to use electronic services and communication technologies to guide and treat customers
• Know how to select the most appropriate customer-driven training and guidance methods
• Know how to ensure occupational and patient safety
• Know how to plan, provide and assess nursing in a various operational environments
• Know how to work independently as a emergency care and nursing professional to promote health and occupational and functional capacity
• Know how to work in a multiprofessional and multicultural work community in emergency care and nursing
• Students will be familiar with the national vaccination programme of adults and the vaccination of different demographic groups
• Students will know how to administer vaccines safely and correctly
