CUSTOMER-ORIENTED SERVICE COMPETENCE, DIGITAL SERVICES AND EXECUTIVE FUNCTION IN OUTPATIENT CARE IN BASIC HEALTH CARE 5 ETCS ADTO

Objectives:
Student
· knows how to assess the need for care and guide clients in receiving appropriate social and health care services
· is able to work in a customer-oriented manner and support clients' systematic self-treatment and commitment to care in reception activities, and plan successful online interaction and service situations as well as digital clinical pathways by utilising different applications and environments
· knows how to utilise electronic services and communication technology in reception activities as part of the treatment of the client and supporting decision-making
· is able to use customer-oriented teaching and guidance methods appropriately and to guide clients in self care, as users of electronic services and as providers of health information.
· knows how to act appropriately in terms of occupational and patient safety in reception activities
· knows how to plan, implement and assess nursing ethically in at-home care
· is familiar with the principles of knowledge-based management in outpatient care in primary health care
