· Future operating environments and services in the social welfare and health care sector
· Decision-making in the service system
· The role of strategic thinking, decision-making, management and leadership in the work community and service provision
· Strategy process steps, related approaches and tools (analyses, BSC, knowledge-based management)
· Ethics, assessment, quality and effectiveness of strategic operations and decision-making
· Managed strategy and change process
