Attendance is mandatory at the start of the study course and during the assignment breakdown classes.

Assessment criteria, fail (0)

Student
- does not know the basics of first-line management and work community
- does not understand the importance of work community skills
- is not familiar with the labor legislation governing first-line management
- has not worked actively as a member of a small group
- has not taken part in the task breakdown classes
- has not returned all assignments or the assignments are significantly incomplete


One or more of the above criteria is fulfilled.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)

Student
- has insufficient knowledge of the basics of first-line management and the work community
- understands only to a limited extent the meaning of work community skills
- has only superficially familiarized himself with the labor legislation governing first-line management
- has participated in small group work, but there is room for improvement in terms of activity and responsibility
- has not actively participated in the task breakdown classes
- some task or tasks are incomplete

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

Student
- knows well the basics of first-line management and the work community
- understands well the importance of work community skills
- knows well the labor legislation governing first-line management and understands how it is applied
- has acted actively and responsibly for small group work
- has actively participated in the task breakdown classes
- all tasks have been done well, following the criteria and showing a good understanding of the contents of the course

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Student
- knows and knows how to apply the basics of first-line management and work community
- commendably understands the importance of work community skills and knows how to apply knowledge
- has a commendable knowledge of and knows how to apply the labor legislation governing first-line management
- has actively and responsibly promoted small group work while taking others into account
- has actively participated in the task breakdown classes
- all tasks have been done excellently in compliance with the criteria and showing the ability to analyze and apply the contents of the course in depth
